We want to say a specail "Thank You" to all our past renters for keeping the cost of running Crystal Sands down so that we could provide these little extras for you. So, while you kept the windows and doors shut while the air conditioner was running, we were planning how to say that we appreciate you! Here's what we have accomplished so far and what we plan to add over the next couple of years.

For 2012 and beyond:
o a stainless steel fish cleaning station with task lighting over a sink that has a commercial disposal (no fish smell here) with spary arm and gutting table.
o a dog bathing station with walk-up ramp. You choose the water temperature that comes out of the flexible spray nozzel.
o a car washing station.
o a covered deck on wheels, large enough for several lounge chairs, to keep you out of the sand and sun while enjoying the Gulf just a few feet away.
o charcoal grills, just like the State Parks have, so that you can grill right next to the water.
o driveway made level and retaining wall installed to the East with lightposts to help navigation at night.

The poolhouse and grilling area are now complete. Enjoy these pics.

The grilling station has a small fridge for keeping you drinks cold, a four-burner cooktop and a sink.

Grilling area connects to the pool. The pool house roof holds the solar panels that help heat the Jacuzzi in the summer and the pool in the Spring and Fall.

The Jacuzzi is now automated. You can turn it on with just the press of a button. No need to call Scott to get that done.

The pool house has a screened in portion complete with fans to keep you cool and insect free while watching the kids play in the pool.

This bathroom is attached to the screened porce. There's plenty of room to change clothes after swimming.

The Sauna can be used with either dry or wet heat. It is huge and wonderful after a long day at the beach.

Dusk. I love this time of evening. Lights are just coming on.

Almost dark, but very moody. What a relaxing time to cook out and watch the dolphins spit water into the pool.

Really dark. The low-voltage task lighting over the grills makes grilling that late-night dinner possible. The pool lights gently change colors and set the mood.
