***Special Off-Peak Rates for Smaller Parties***

During off-peak months of January, February, March, April, September, October, November and December, a couple could rent the first floor, using only one bedroom, for as little as $900/week or $1800/month. Each additional bedroom is $200/week. Second floor rentals are slightly more. There are no additional charges for cleaning or for your well-behaved pets unless your stay is less than five days. Prices listed do not include 11% State and County Taxes.

** During off-peak months, you may have access to one or two bedrooms locking the rest and deduct $900 from the monthly rate. A couple with children or friends could rent the first floor for a month for as little as $1800. Off-peak rate does not include pool etc. or golf cart.


Pool/Jacuzzi Use Charges
The pool and golf cart rentals are included in the weekly rental rate. If both floors are rented for a given week by different parties, they will share the pool use. Otherwise, you will have exclusive use of the pool.
Pool rates do not include propane charges if supplemental heating of the pool is requested. Pool use is limited to 12 hours/day unless special arrangements are made. Jacuzzi will be on and heated to 100 degrees for a maximum of 2 hours/day. Pool heating does include solar panel heat which is directly proportional to the amount of available sunlight on any given day.

Golf Cart Use Charges
Should you choose to rent an additional beach-ready golf cart, the charge is $300/week or $50/day.
The tax rate on the golf cart rental fee is 11%
